this car I just picked up has no title.

I am trying to decide on the avenue i will travel to obtain a title...


It was such a circus with my Crosley pickup for the bonded title, I may not go that route again.  

Plus i most likely cannot obtain a sureity bond here in AZ since my insurance coverage on my dialy drivers is now a different company that does not write bonds.

last time I called 8 companies that advertised in the yellow pages under bonds.... yet they only write them for current customers

last licensed here in AZ in 1974... that is the plate on it.

I am going to call my brother about an abandoned vehicle inspection for a title.  I last did that 10+ years ago , it worked well then.

If you have a plate and the VIN,that would be a good place to start.
Of course,the easy answer is "Our records don't go back that far".
