we got any 40-46 dodge truck x-perts?

my x boss is looking for a drivers door for a 40 dodge pickup, anybody know if a 46 will work?

I couldn't be farther from an expert on wartime Dodges but doors look same in internet pics. If there was a redesign during World War II, I would be suprised.

My Hollander says they interchange. But that doesn't always mean they are the same. I did not see any notes though.
