Excellent. If they like it that's the best thing!

I hope who ever is doing this work gives as much attention to detail as you have done . Any idea what is going into the new holes ?

idrivejunk

I don't know, and no.

It's what should have been done in the first place, and I know you tried to tell them. Now they pay to do the work twice because they didn't listen the first time.

Face spit is kinda how I take it. Tough not to react. Every time.  :blank:  I am trying hard to understand.

Just as long as the truck don't suffer, its ok. Throughout all my auto technician years I have striven to position myself as the vehicle's advocate. Sinking ships to win is war of attrition however, and that principle is senseless in that context or this. I grow weary in my ways but the truck wins and I'm about that. This looks good. Metal work did not so I'll spare you the backside.

I like that. It looks good. Functional, racy, but finished. That's more like it.

That it is. Was just walking by it and had a thought. If the birdbaths weren't sufficiently impossible to paint and rub... well, now they ought to be. :)

It's gonna be hard to paint in that area where the duct runs down under the hood top, isn't it?

Sure looks that way to me and I've been a painter. But then ours is a stunt painter. He amazed me with the job he did on the inside of the Model A visor. So...

Maybe they have cooked up a screen and color break in there. What gets me is I had one piece with hole made on the day I sealed up the birdbath. And I took it around and asked repetitively trying nobly to avoid the last resort which was blind panels. I don't have to understand. But it helps me feel like my word is still any good if I look around and do not see everyone working on things I long since declared finished. Right now ain't like that but each day is new and theres another job to do. :)

I see bed wood being set up today.

I been seeing rear fenders being evened out in the back. Today I saw a wheel getting tried. Huge by large, and looks like same wheels as on the Cat job only a light brown color.
