NAPA has a nice flasher that is about $20 that will reliably flash LED bulbs. The P/N is EL-12L-1  It does have to grounded to work, it has a wire on it to do that. Five minute install.

Probably the best way to do it, the other being to wire a 6 ohm, 50w resistor in parallel with the bulbs.

Years ago:  I would buy an electronic flasher when trailer or other added lights would cause the turn signals to flash quickly.  It was about 20 bucks then. At least 20+ yrs ago.  LED lights were not a thing then.   :arrow: :shock:
