I was metal detecting at my daughters house and found ths. It appears to be brass with a steel pin. It has the Ford script logo on it. It looks familiar but I can't put a finger on it...

looks like the pivot parts of a 39/40-ish through the floor clutch or brake pedal.
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying. "Wow...that was fun!"
