Coolest mirrors for 50s trucks

Here's what I don't like. I placed them where I saw most at the shows had them.

That looks sharp enough for me, whats not to like? Shake too much? Not big enough? The view angle looks OK there like you can see it, is that decieving?

Got my idea. I see the stockers are hinge mounted so nope to that. I like the look on KB's truck but the mirror is a long way from the eye, therefore small. It is a long way from the door on that stalk too. Looks to me like if a guy put a thick spot in the glass channel right at about the height where the latch pivot thing goes through the vent window, he could maybe thread that for a couple machine screws. Then if he got a mirror on it there and made everything clear, he'd have the mirror head in the same line of sight with a stalk only the length of it's radius.
