Dreaming of Hot Rod Drag Week

I have been thinking a lot about Hot Rod Drag Week. The tracks this year are Martin, Mi, Norwalk, Oh, Indianapolis, In, Byron, Il, and then back to Martin, Mi. The Ranger pickup I am working on fits one of their classes nicely. It would not be a winner but it should be competitive. I just want to make the tour and complete the challenge.

I know people in these areas and I think it would be a lot of fun.

We will see what the next few months brings.

That sounds like It would be fun. I have been to three of those four tracks.

It would be a great get together and you would have a great pit crew.

I've been to Martin, Norwalk and Martin.

September 13–September 18, 2020. That is near the normal dates for the nats north at Kalamazoo. You can do some of both or maybe all of the nats and some of Drag Week.

But we have some time to make plans.

Remember this whole idea is a shot in the dark. Who knows what we all be doing 11 months from now.

I'd like to be at Drag week in 2020 as a spectator - instigator... I will be retired. Need to get out a bit more often

There are lots of great motorcycle roads in Michigan. That time of year would be great for a senic ride along the lakes.
