It's good, just the new design. They're use larger piece of metal in the semi metallic pads now.  If a little is good, more is better and too much is just right. Put 'em on and enjoy the longer life. 😃

I'm not an expert.....But I think that pad is a little "screwy"......   Maybe check the other pads  :?:
