Hi. We have a 34 Dodge coupe. Currently setup with the original leaf springs. Originals are shot and sag terrible. Have been looking at options of switching over to a triangulated 4-link setup but lately have been looking more into keeping leaf springs. Have looked into Posies springs but haven't found much as far as reviews or opinions. Has anybody here had experience with their products or possibly other suggestions for companies to contact about leaf springs? We have called the company but didn't receive much for feedback. The springs we are looking at with Posies are the super slide springs and are made with a 3" drop.

Reason for new springs is the very noticeable sag. Springs have no arch with vehicle weight on them and rear of car is very rigid.

Any opinions/suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

I have his on my 32. They have accomplished what they should. Call them and tell them what you expect and they will tell you if that is the right product for you. After market springs have different ride heights and stiffness as compared to originals.

I have used Posies springs several time, and have always been happy with the results. One of the cars I used them on was a 37 Plymouth, they fit fine.

Thanks for the responses and info. Will be giving them another call tomorrow. Just needed a little reassurance before biting the bullet and ordering them.

Thanks again.

They sell a lot of them as retro fits for cars with one rear spring. If you already have rear leafs you can go to your local spring shop and they with build them to the ride height you are looking for and stiffness.
Just another option.
You never have time to do it right the first time but you always have time to do it again.
