Raw metal coating, rusty metal coating

Is the Rust Bullet still "the" product to use on fresh metal install?  Like Floor panels when rust is cut out.


Eastwood Por 15 still used for the rust conversion.

Just curious.  I found a couple small cans of Rust Bullet in a cabinet

Yes, it has much better adhesion on new metal than POR 15
