Well with a lot of digging I found out there made by Seiberling which is a Firestone tire. Does anyone know if they still make them?

I have a set on wife's Caddy,. They are uni directional 18's and 19's, still in business according to the tire store

The "Falcon SR Sport" tire is a Firestone brand.

The "Falken" brand is an entirely different company, not related to Firestone.
