1940 Chevrolet hand brake

Hi,
I need to install the EB (hand brake) on my 1940 Chevy Special Deluxe Coupe.
I purchased the handle; lever bracket and rod from E-bay.

I NEED A PICTURE OR DRAWING ON HOW ALL THIS COMES TOGETHER?

The brake cables coming off the rear drums end up right under the firewall.  I need to know how to hook everything up.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
