I have a Delta sander 4x36 belt & 6" disc & I use it a LOT. I have worn out a similar sander from Sears. Its one of those tools you'll wonder how you ever got by without. On mine there are gaps in the belt bed on the back side, those are great for rounding sharp edges on a bracket.
