Hi,

I've been looking to buy a set of headrests like the ones we used to see back in the '60s.

Does anyone know who sells them??

I don't want to have to make my own................

Thanks a bunch,
Mike

No idea where to buy them, but a couple ideas on making them.

¿Is PVC pipe in the plans?

I would LOVE to hear your thoughts on the subject.

Email me at : myks_30@roadrunner.com

I will most likely be making them in the very near future.

Thanks,
Mike

I  would bend some stainless rod to a squared off U shape to act as the supports and core of the headrest. Then split several sizes of PVC pipe and glue over the core to about 1 1/2".  Then foam glued over that in layers to the desired size. The cover can be made with a Velcroed opening between the supports for installation.

Very good idea and looks like should be easy enough to make.

If and when I make them, I will post a picture.

Thanks a bunch,
Mike
