car speaker grill removal

I have kick panel mounted aftermarket speakers- brand name "Jensen".

¿Does anyone know how to remove the GRILL/COVER??

There are no screws or clamps visible.  I don't want to PRY them OFF without knowing first  if this is what it takes to get them off.

I could NOT find anything in the archives and tried to contact Jensen without any luck.

I've seen two types of mounting on Jensen speakers, not sating that is all of them. One has a metal ring the grille snaps over, and the other one has 4 screws that fit in slots on the back side of the grille.
