That's closer to me than Swanton. That would have us reading the SCTA rulebook again. It would be easier to get the BBQ trailer there. GPster

That's certainly a do-able location. I'll watch for their new schedule.

A good friend will come and bail you out of jail...but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying. "Wow...that was fun!"

Poster geezer for retirement....

My home town!    About 8 miles from my front door.  Gonna be a great addition to the local economy since DHL moved out and took about 8000 jobs away.  I would love to go to Bonneville, but realistically speaking, this is probably as close as I will get.  Can't wait for summer.
I am CDO, kinda like OCD, but in alphabetical order, like it should be!

They have 4 dates set for 2012.

Hopefully, they can get a long term deal after that.

ATT: 974 crew.

Plans are to get the Studebaker fixed this winter and run at Wilmington this next year. Hopefully one of the first events.

We put a hole through a piston and valve at the Texas Mile last month. We don't think there is any bottom damage . We'll check it out a little later.

THANKS Denise,
It has been a while since you crewed on 974. I am not sure
which event we will be ready for. It will depend on how much we have to fix in the motor.

I'll keep my fingers crossed the rebuild is quick and simple.

I'm having a pig roast at my place on Friday June 1st to kick off the Power Tour starting in Detroit that weekend so I won't be able to make that first weekend in June.  If you and the rest of the team don't go to Ohio the first weekend of June, come to Michigan, eat some pork and visit with your pals in the area here. 8)
