APS Racing are too.  http://www.apsracingusa.com/content-categories/cat-192_236/steering_wheels.html

Jegs lists Lecarra and Joe's Racing Products steering wheels as made in usa also.

Here's a place that restores your steering wheel. http://www.craftcustoms.com/

Just beware of Australian made wheels, they only work on the wrong side of the road. :roll:

Hello;
Here's one! CON2R. These guys are in Beaverton Oregon. Make you a steering wheel to your Specifications! They are advertising in Rod and Custom Magazine. Just type the previous reference with a .com at the end and you are in their web.
