So how did you go did you find the problem?
I have a Petronix conversion in my early Chev dizzy and had to replace the module once in 5 years and apart from that it has been excellent.
The conversion is way superior to the old points I originally had.

I haven't found the problem yet. I'm pretty sure Wayne has it nailed though. My buddy's one car garage with 3 cars in it is just impossible to work in so I'm waiting til he can haul it over here. I'll let you know.
