What should have been a simple deal turned into a real deal. The coated headers had the different flange. Ok, I'll cut the old one off the header pipes and be in business. Turns out that they are 5/8" longer also. The left one didn't clear the motor mount or the steering shaft. Sounding like fun already. I had to make several cuts on both header pipes to get them to fit. I removed the steering shaft and both lengthened and shortened it. I'm back to driving again and my wife's car is in the garage. I've got around 12 hours in my little project.
