Hi all,

A few years ago (might have been a decade or so) a sewing machine company used to advertise their upholstery sewing machine in street rod magazines.

I can't for the life of me remember the name of the company.

I'm wondering if any of you could steer me in the right direction.

Thanks all.

there is another trick to sewing auto interiors...

having the machine built into a large varnished table... so you can lay the material out and sew straight lines without the material falling off the machine table..

if you get a machine...  be sure to download the manual... since they are printed in about 6 different languages..   copy and paste the pictures and text you need into a word document.. then just print that...

really makes a difference... takes about half an hour..

hf has them also.. but the table comes separate  i don't know if it is a walking foot machine..

automotive upholstry supplys have the thick thread to sew automotive stuff..

out here in los angeles... there are a dozen  sewing machine dealers... that do commercial machines...
