:?: A pal found this odd Stromberg among the old Ford car and truck goodies he scored at an old Norht Coast ranch.

The carb has two floatbowls, one on each side, a serious-looking accelerator pump, a Ford three-bolt base, and "Aerotype" cast on the front.

Any ideas?

A quick search on Google found an auction on E Bay for a Stromburg Aerotype carb for a 50-53 Buick.
There was a couple more hits at Google  but no real info on the carb. One hit was at a Spanish, I think, message board. Unfortunately I don't speak Spanish.

Does it have any number/letter ID along the lines of AA, AAO, AAV & AAOV?

From what I can see the early Buick compound carburetors look very similar and this may be an early iteration of a regular Buick straight 8 carb.

The manual I'm referring to goes from 1935 to 1941 fwiw.
