I have a C-4 trans with a Gennie shifter and a '46 open-drive rear. I jacke d the car up and put it in park and the rear wheels turn by hand but not the drive shaft. I thought Park locked it all up? Am I missing something about the banjo rear? Thanks

If both rearr wheels are off the ground, when you turn one forward, the other turns backward. That's the way it should be. With the wheels on the ground, it will be in park.
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

Duh. What was I thinking? It's late and I've worked hard on this thing.
