John: Does the aluminum frame get mounted rigidly to the steel frame, or is it on cushioned mounts?

Best wishes for fast recovery, Frank. ...I'm sure there is a lot of pain involved.
I wish the best for your wife also.

Soupy Sales also caught flack for some of his other comments:
"My wife can't bake a cherry pie, but boy, can she make my banana cream."
"I took my wife to a baseball game. I kissed her between the strikes and she kissed me between the balls."
That was pretty "racy" for a kids' show back then.
...Kids would rush home from school to see what he would say.
It's weird I can remember these jokes 60+ years later.

Rodder's Roundtable / Re: Wood tools: Any table saw users here ?

Tony, I'm going to suggest something different than what you are asking.
Depending on how many boards you need to rip, you may not need a table saw.
A brand-name worm-drive circular saw will have enough power and depth of cut to rip 2x lumber.
...Some have rip guides with them to help guide the cut, but they are not a necessity.
...I find the worm-drive saws run at a slower speed with more torque so they do not bog down like the high speed saws do.
A good-quality rip blade (1st choice), or a combination blade (2nd choice) is important whether it's for a table saw or a hand-held circular saw.
If you definitely want a table saw, I agree with others who said to look for a used, but better quality, saw.
A hand-held saw is a better choice for sheet goods than a small table saw.

Would 78% Nitrogen be better than ordinary compressed air?
When nitrogen filled tires were being promoted at a significant up-charge, I would ask the vendor if they pulled a vacuum on the tubeless tires before they filled them with nitrogen.

2005 or 2006 Ford GT, preferably in red or blue.
Prices seem to be dropping from their peak.
I always liked the original GT40's from the '60's.
I have to chuckle thinking about how I could get in & out of one, now.

Don't know if current offerings are comparable, but I was impressed with the IRS on my Dad's 1983 Mercedes 300D. ...1979 to 1985 were basically the same.
Rear track width is listed as 56.9" and has a "drop-out" center section. ....The IRS unit is mounted in a cradle which mounted with 4(?) bolts. ...Rear disc brakes.
I don't know if gas-engine models used the same rears.

Last week, I was sitting alone on a bench at the trap range I belong to. ...It was 40* and windy, but I didn't move for 25-30 minutes.
A couple guys came over to see if I was alright. ...I explained that when I find a position that doesn't hurt, I try not to move.
Two bad knees, 1 bad hip, bad back, & 1 bad shoulder. ...The "Golden Years"

Who paid the rest of the $3.75-9 ??

If the set-up is the same as 416's pic, doesn't a dual master cylinder prevent complete failure of a brake system if either the front or rear circuit is compromised?
