Well ---------- it was just sitting there, kinda, only being used lightly for storage, and plenty of room, it's 30 feet by 32 feet.  Just needed a few items--heat, wood floor, new cover, and voila---GARAGE!  'course it does have it's drawbacks, like the cover don't like much wind---and it's very cold in the Maine Winters.  Oh, and it's very hot even on a Maine Day!  haahaaaa       Perley

Hello Don.  What did you use for a chassis for the COE?  I have a '52 GMC 2 ton that has a half decent (?) cab.  I have been debating for several months on what to do.  I was thinking on a 1 ton dually donor and make a ramp truck car hauler, but too much work, too much money, too much time!  Then was thinking of a 1/2 or 3/4 ton van chassis.  Then advertised it for sale!  Still have it, still thinking!  haahaaa. :?
