marc did my car at the turkey run in daytona in 93. i am proud to say his work is still on my car. he was a talented and entertaining guy. watching him work the crowd was a show in itself. may he rest in peace. if you send a message to the family, be sure to add the "dot"after yahoo, before the com. tom

i keep a selection of ball bearings in my tool box and place one the appropiate size over the bolt hole. one solid tap with a small ball peen usually gives me a perfect hole.

was it like this before the work was done? did someone adjust the play in the steering box? perhaps they tightened it too much.

Rodder's Roundtable / o/t ...possible road trip
August 03, 2005, 01:02:23 AM
i have a chance to deliver a vehicle to vancouver and fly home. i am thinking of taking I 80, i have taken I 94 as far as montana a couple times. what would be the best/most scenic route. north at cheyenne, or continue to salt lake city, then north? or i may take the drive from sheridan into yellowstone's east gate. i have done that once and it was a beautiful drive. any must sees along I 80. i may have some room in a covered pickup for parts delivery if anyone needs it. i will leave from the windsor ontario area, crossing back into canada at seattle. this is not definite yet, bit if i go i will be leaving about sept 1.

i haven't had those in years. my dad would get us up early in the morning and we would go out "hunting" for breakfast. along with bacon & eggs, a meal fit for a king. that was about 50 years ago. our "hunting grounds" are now a subdivision. i wonder if anyone knows what once grew there.
