Rodder's Roundtable / rear end supension kits
January 13, 2005, 07:40:31 PM
hey there ya'll,

I am doing research on rear end leaf spring suspension kit for my Chevy '47 streetrod p/u.

I was wondering which company has the best kind of Rear leaf spring suspensions for the Chevy's '47-'54 p/u's.

I have looked at RB'S, Zigs, Yogi's, Speedway.  they vary in the kits.

Are there any other companies that offer a kit fo those years?

Thank you for advices  :D

you could try straight nitrogen (fertilizer)  it would not harm but however would make the grass alongside the driveway the fastest, greenest growing in the neighborhood.   As long as you use the nitro sparely you wont hurt the grass.

Rodder's Roundtable / engine help please

hey there ya'll :D

I recently bought a chevy 350 motor about two weeks ago and I have it at my shop now.

I don't know what year the engine is,  Is there a way to determine what year the motor is?

It came out of a '78 camaro but it has been rebuilt and has about 2000 miles on it.  the guy I bought it from bought the camaro about four years ago  and did not know what year engine was, he doesn't even know if that motor is the original motor for the camaro.

thanks for your help! 8)
