I'm feeling your pain! ...Trying to sell a Streetrod, a Van and a tractor.. Getting nowhere!! People ask the same dumb sounding questions. Instead of reading the ad where I have stated everything I possibly can about each vehicle...If they would only read the ad!!!..CR

My favorite Auto Zone store is now managed by a former Wawa clerk. If you never heard of wawa. it's a convenience store. She was rude and unpleasant there and she is here too! Don't ya love it when they have to know the year, make and model of the car, like they have a radiator hose for a 37 Chevy with a 350 in it!

I still ride, been doing it for over 30 years. I ride with a thought in mind from an older guy that was told to me when I first started riding...."You have to ride like everyone is out to get ya"!!! Words to live by...CR

PVC pipe is used for water and sanitary lines all the time buried underground without any problems. I think you'll be OK with it...CR

I'm trying to sell my 77, but the few who have come are looking for show quality and you're not going to find it for 5500! Mine is a driver and looks good. It has a few nicks, but nothing else, still looks and runs great. I know they're pigs as someone stated, but I like the body style and it didn't cause me to refinance my house to buy! Shame you're so far away! I'm a firm believer that life is too short to not do what you want! Tell your buddy to go for it!...CR

I'm used to jaw dropping head turns when I'm out driving my rides and all the new friends I have when I stop for gas.

Been happening for most all my life.

But a new phenomenon for me happened today while getting gas.

I noticed at least 3 different people in various locations around a quik shop gas up taking pics of my Dodge Charger with cell phones, in addition to the lady cop inquiring about what year it was.

Makes you feel good and laugh at the same time. I had a guy get out on a 4 lane highway and hold up traffic so he could take some pics of mine when it was painted! Too funny...CR

That's truely a shame! ..I hate to hear about anyone taking a hit like that...Barrett will get his, I'm sure!...CR

Sorry to hear that! :cry: ..Can you have the head checked at a machine shop or maybe just put a straight edge along the bottom and see if you have warpage or something out of the ordinary?  CR
