Title: Custom console -resources

I want to build a custom console. I can find few resources to buy supplies.

Carbon fiber looks expensive?

Any good source for fiberglass? Unusual local places for me to look for supplies? E-bay shipping is getting ridiculous.

Of course examples of nice custom consoles are always appreciated! :)

You can buy fiberglass sheets from Mcmaster Carr. I have also done them with 1/8" luan plywood, and glassed over it. You can also use 1/8" PVC foam board, heat and shape it with a heat gun.

No pictures here, but it's not overly complicated to do.
