Title: chevy power seat wiring
Post by: btrc on April 27, 2008, 06:19:57 AM
I am helping a friend wire his '38 Chevy.  He is using a '95 Chevy pickup power drivers seat.  There are three wires in the stock harness going to the seat.  Two are larger and seem to be the power and ground.  There is a smaller orange wire also.  Does anyone know what that is for?  These three wires plug into a socket from the seat that has 4 wires but the 4th does't have a matching wire on the truck harness side.

Thanks,
Bob

the small orange should be a power supply for the lumbar pump in the seat
