Title: VPA International shaved door handle kit info required

Has anyone installed a VPA shaved door handle kit. My pick up has this brand fitted to it and it doesnt work anymore. I tried a new battery in the remote, checked the fuses and tried to reprogram the brain box but still it wont work. I rang their tech line and they basically told me to do what I've already done.
Anyone know any tricks for these units?

I've had a lot of trouble with remotes on door kits.

I suggest you hot wire the solenoids to make sure they work, and go from there.

Make sure you have a good ground to the doors.... I worked on one that the door hinge would not provide a good enough ground.
