Me and my girlfriend Cindy did this interior.
I'm still in shock.
I will have it in the Basement at Detroit. Stop by and say hi.
I like it! That's the first pics I've seen since the frame shots. Car looks very good. What seat did you use?
The seat is fabricated from marine grade plywood and foam.
It is very comfortable and I love the way it fits the car.
Very nice Rudy ..
Dave

That means im coming to detroit i guess ..  Ya ill be driving this summer.. Its a driver now if we had the weather and i had insurance. I hope to see the insurance any day now then ill stop and get a plate one night after work.. Im really itching to drive it and see how the engine is gonna work out. Its a used 305 and if it smokes or something im just gonna get a crate and replace it but ive gotta get some road time on it to tell. I dont know what we are doing for shows as sue has all her vacation time used ip with out me except for 1 week and were gonna use that week the end of may and were heading to indiana for a week of indy cars and sprint car racing. I dont even know what were taking for that week .. Bike ,roadster,car,.... :?: Anyway.. see ya this coming weekend..
Dave
That looks GREAT!! Can't wait to check it out on Saturday.
I built the seat for my 5W outta ¾" MDO and 080." aluminum but I had to have Jim Larsen pad and stitch it for me. Did you lengthen the front of the seat bottom for more leg support?
You and Cindy are most impressive :D
Dang! That looks great Rudy. Looking forward to seeing it. Ill have a 1 PM Wednesday move in, so we'll catch up then.
Charlie

My favorite color primer too.
I'm using that same gauge panel in a '29 with '32 dash.........you have good taste! :)
You two did good Rudy...looks really nice...smooth and tight. 8)
Looking forward to seeing you and the car this weekend. :D

Nice job Rudy, White so the salt won't show?
Awesome looking---I have got a 47 ragtop that needs some interior redo--
Enjoy
LOOKS comfortable ... nicely done
White ... would not stay white long in my roadster ... it would be dingy grey after all these years.
very nice Rudy
Very Nice!!!!
Thanks for all the compliments. We had a great time doing it.
I have always wanted to do trim work here at the house, I do Corvette interiors at work, just never had the sewing machines.
Cindy works at a custom boat cover shop that is right across the street from our house, so she was able to do all the sewing for me so it worked out great. And I still get to sniff the glue :D
Been a long cold winter this year and I cant wait to get this car out and enjoy it. It will be nice to see everyone at the show.
Ya know sue kinda gets me sometimes and i wont go into detail but i showed her the pics and she said ..............And she can sew....
Nuff said.
Dave
