Does the pass side work at all??
Make sure the wiring to the relay is correct....
Test the window motor with direct power from the battery
Then test the remote to make sure you have power from that channel to the relay.
Then test the relay to make sure it pulls in and passes power through
if all those tests turn out ok then I would start looking for a bad wire or connection

Good Luck

If you are running 2 relays per side (1 for up and 1 for down)

85 and 86 one to ground and one to the remote wire for that channel (up)
30 one wire from the motor
87a ground
87 12 volts

The other relay would be the same except you would use the other remote wire (85 or 86) for that channel (down) and 30 would be the other wire from the motor

Hope this is understandable

OK I'll ask. Why the duplication of both windows and doors being remote? It just adds wiring and possible problems.
