I found a kink in one of my cooler lines this weekend. I guess that's what caused it to start to go away. What kind of improvements can my mech. do to it to boost the perfomance and reliability? I know it'll get a trans-go shift kit, but, other than that, Idon't know. Thanks again, J

Any typical tricks on a t-400 function on the switch pitch tranny.

Checking bushings and setting all clearances are the trick to any tranny for long life.

The S-P should have an old square  cannister type filter on it.  Make sure it is replaced. Check pan for clearance for filter pickup . Sometimes the pans are caved in and can starve the pump for fluid
