well i have received both shrinker/stretcher.
here are some pics.
can you tell which is made in USA and which is made in china?
I vote for the gray one. It matches my beard.

I'm guessing the Black one is Chinese.
The other has some extra metal at the top of the casting,
connecting the two sides together.And the casting is taller.
Knock-offs look to save a couple ounces of material where ever they can.
Well whenever you figure it out send the one you don't want up to Blanding. It is probably less freight than back to where it came from 8) .

I like the black one better. Looks like the silver hole will be easier to see to put the handle in. :wink:

I vote the gray one is US made. At least it looks sturdier.

Looks like the Black one is Imported.
All I know is my sunday newspaper was late due to tech troubles.
Did you push the wrong buttons for the printer????
actually the black one is made in the USA.
in person you can definitely tell the quality difference. the jaw mount is a major spot of difference.
