Title: A local visit
Post by: Crosley.In.AZ on June 20, 2005, 10:46:44 PM
I had a visit from that purple pickup guy and river1 today at my work place.

I gave them the nickel tour of the place ( no injuries)

it was the highlight of my day.

I started the day with an intense discussion with a customer and his sons on a t-400 & converters.

I finished the day with a tranny that functioned so incorrectly I believe I set a record

Well, I fixed the tranny today.   the third pump  corrected the problem.

The 2 other pumps were fresh machined by me in a new fixture / jig on a lathe.  My measuring sticks say all is fine. I will need to get different measuring sticks to recheck stuff. Something is wrong.

that is why we dyno test  trannys at Hughes Performance

And that must be why my "Tony Tranny" works so good.

It's a funny thing, used to be that the newspaper REPORTERS were the one that were professional LIARS, now it seems that they have taught the PRESSMEN their deceitful ways.
