How about something a little left of centre?
A V12 ferrari engine and F1 gearbox?

But then again, the seller does have a good rating, you never know I guess...
A number of years ago, a red '32 roadster was built out in California with a V12 Ferrrari engine. Very cool. I think it might have been a Roy Brizio or a Chuck Lombardo-built car. It got a lot of magazine coverage.

. . . named "Deucari" and owned -- and driven -- for many years and miles by Ed Hegarty. Ed had the motor rebuilt a while back because he'd worn it out, he said. :D
For all that exotica under the hood, the roadster is very unfussy, and if not for the distinct exhaust note you'd think you were driving a very strong Chevy smallblock.
I remember seeing this car at the Peoria Americruise back in '92 or '93. It was pouring the rain down and two guys come cruising by, top down, in this Ferrari powered Duce. I always figured they had more money the common sense.
