Title: Aussie Love Song
Post by: TJ's Dad on March 17, 2005, 04:37:08 PM
Of course I love ya darling

you're a bloody top notch bird

and when I say ur gorgeous

I mean every single word

So ya bum is on the big side

I don't mind a bit of flab

it means that when I'm ready

there's somethin there to grab

So your belly isn't flat no more

I tell ya, I don't care

so long as when I cuddle ya

I can get my arms 'round there

Now a Sheila who is your age

has nice round perky *

they just gave in to gravity

but I know ya did ya best

I'm tellin ya the truth now

I never tell ya lies

I think it's very sexy

that ya'v got dimples on ya thighs

I swear on me nanna's grave now

the moment that we met

I thought u was as good as I

was ever gonna get

No matter wot u look like

I'll always love ya dear

now shut up while the footys on

and get me another beer!

Great poem!

Cop This :-

That fly, its looking at me,
I bet I could train it like a flea.
Doing loop the loops
or maybe flying through a hoop.

I'd call him Louie the fly after the TV ad.
We'd be rich and famous like his dad.
We'd go on talk shows doing the tricks.
Might even get on the flicks.

I could get him an outfit like Evel Knievel
He would be known as a  dare devil.
Doing all kinds of dangerous acts,
like flying through a fish net.

Suddenly a wack,
well that the end of that.
My wife's just murdered Louie,
his body is awfully gooey.

Ah well what could I train next?
Something that's not a pest.
A nice red back spider will do,
train it to bite my wife too.

Holly.

To explain the situation breifly.
Many moons ago, Mike was trying to give away a free fridge, but as it had no beer in it, no-body wanted it.
I suggested he scrap it, and next thing he is a greenie tree-hugger for recycling his scrap metal, which he has done for many years anyway working as a towie picking up old cars from peoples yards.
This has been carried on for some time now, just keeps getting better all the time.
You know how it goes, the more a story is told, the better it gets.  :D  :D

The tree-hugger at work.

There were a few pix that someone modified from these, with "tree hugging hot rodders" etc on the back of the jacket.
There were quite a few variants on that theme, as well as a few other good titles but I dont have copies of them unfortunately, and they seem to have been removed from the site that was hosting them.
Maybe Dave can help on this, as I think he done a few of them.

A lady pops up and look at how eloquent Frank becomes and then Mr Cool (well known handbag user) explains the situation with great gusto ... both becoming "Toffs" i reckon !!

Now Holly as to how the pic came about ... we were having a BBQ n a quiet drink or 25, my dear wife (TJ's Mum) plied me with liquor to the point i had to relieve myself, hence i was behind the gum tree , she suggested i give the tree a hug , obviously in colusion with the said Mr Cool as he was the one who posted the pic first ... but as you know 'paybacks are sweet'

Thems big words from an old geezer Mike....
Mike is well known for stealing all the chocky biscuits too, so be careful if he ever shows his mug around at your place.
As for the handbag, that started out as a pic under construction of my tudor, and hanging from the chassis rail was a trans cooler, but with the lines attached someone suggested it was a handbag, Mike and his leather collection parted with a particular article and donated it to me for the purpose of taking foters, but keeps on taking it back after every meet. Bloody indian-giver.

As if I would plan such a wicked thing on you with your wife, how dare you. It was all her idea (now that'll get em going :D ) It took her 3 weeks to send it to me coz YOU kept hanging around like a bad smell every time she got on the peecee.
BTW, I'll be waiting for it.

You guys, a young lady gets on here and you go all ga-ga. I have to agree with Holly Carter though, Trailers belong BEHIND rods, not under them! Just to prove that trailers belong behind rods here is a trailer load of Lowrider pushbikes behind the 40 coupe! I had to unload the trailer from the car to race, though I was tempted to run around the Thunderdome with the trailer behind! I have a poem here somewhere about my 40 too but might leave it out! Hey the song 'Love Song' was by AC/DC by the way! Bet some of you never knew they sang a 'love ballad'? And TISOK 'She's got the jack' was NOT a love ballad, even though you thought it was.

I love it too but sadly I live on a dirt road and the kangaroos and emus kick up a lot of dust round here. No probably not but I was thinking of the song when I changed the nickname on the back of the car in about 1991. Was one of my favourite songs of the 'new' AC/DC. I actually always preferred the earlier Bon Scott version of the band and still do today. And Holly Carter I think you have the wrong song. Those words do not appear in 'back in black'. Maybe another AC/DC song? I looked at some of my AC/DC lyrics here and couldn't find it though? Do you have the wrong band?  I will keep looking but please explain.

QuoteSo you mean really your 40 Kinda looks good like Brad Pitt  but runs like the Pope Mobile LOL
You poor misguided sole, it means there aint much point being all show and no go! The forty doesn't have a whole lot of show these days (although if I washed it maybe), but it sure does go good still! I think TISOK has a car that goes something like the pope mobile.

QuoteI have the Album 'Back in Black", Yes LOL those words   are used LOL  A different version to what you have LOL
Sure must be a different version to the one I have. Perhaps you can enlighten me with the lyrics of your version? Not one of those hillbilly versions is it?

So do the proper lyrics. The word is Flack, that is with an F!

Oh Holly, if you are really 26 as you say, then you were either 1 or 2 when Back in Black was released. And you have the 1980 version? Must have been a quick learner! I think an earlier AC/DC song may have you summed up! It was called "shes got balls!"

Triple J Radio ( Aust ) had a session on ACDC Thursday morning. I did not hear it all but what I did hear was interesting.
