Title: Tie Rod End application chart ---
Post by: unklian on February 21, 2004, 01:28:39 AM
Some people have recomended TRW ES15R  tie rod ends for splitting wishbones.Nice and beefy, without the oddball thread Ford used. But I never saw exactly what the original application was.
 Until now.
I found this chart that shows different threads,
TRW/Moog numbers,and the OEM application.

I found some killer charts, with detailed tierod dimensions, in PDF format.

Try these links:
http://flyingeyeballs.fileave.com/Tierods%202.pdf

http://flyingeyeballs.fileave.com/Tierods%203.pdf

If the info looks useful, I would suggest you download
or print a copy, since it is on a temporary freebie host site.

The links I posted above are dead, so:
I've got those dimension charts, on my site now.
Look towards the bottom of the Links page.

IIRC, the part numbers are TRW/Moog.
