Title: Update on the coupe

A historic day. Fired up and running. Couple of minor issues but after 12 years sitting around in pieces, I'm happy.

Me, too; that was the first thing that I noticed.  You don't see many of them around anymore; it sounds good.

Progress has continued to be slowly made and the car is now waiting to get a safety inspection done then registered (safety is a requirement before registration). Interior will be missing the paneling and seat will be just like it was pulled from the Mazda van. Hood will be painted and installed. Air cleaner and hub caps (40 Ford Standard) and a nicer 4-spoke sprint steering wheel installed before it hits the road.
