Finally finished welding the floor in my 40 and sealed the seams with Duraglass. Thinking about rolling on some bed liner before I put down some Dynamat.
Any pros/cons or brands that works best?
I tried DupliColor with a roller in my Grand Prix trunk. Just no, on that. Its not very durable.
A popular pre-mat approach I've seen lately is Lizard Skin but I'm not sure that can go on with a roller but its durable. Since you're laying mat over the top I don't reckon that matters much.
Have seen some folks use glue-on silver both sides stuff over the mat. Cool-it Thermo-Tech is what I've used. All of it seems to help.
Lizard skin can be rolled on, no problem.
My thought would be to roll on some marine epoxy, followed by some lizard skin, then topcoat with the paint of your choice.
Thanks for the suggestions.
I'll see if there's anything for this at NSRA this weekend.
