I have a 460 Ford that the pcv rattles with the motor running, its done it since I bought the motor and a new one for that application still does the same so will I have to experiment with different pcv's to find one that will not rattle.
is that the one with the manifold vacuum wavering??? bouncing around.???
use as large vacuum hose and as short as possible to the vacuum gauge for this test... so you get an accurate and responsive reading on the gauge...

It did have carb issues but was a dirty carb.
