That's exactly what I used on my 57.  A mechanical pump fills the reservoir and the high pressure pump in the reservoir feed the injectors

I've been running a FItech injection system for about 5 years now. They came out in Jan. I think, and I bought in September. I've had two problems with it, one the 6 pin connector burnt through on the line providing 20 Amps to the fuel pump through 24 ga wire. And number two, was a wide open stuck injector.  That's it.  We took the car form London,ON. to Victoria BC for the Deuce Days show and no problems at all in a 7000 mile trip.

Frank, I used a FItech injection unit.  The only problem I've had with it was the wiring harness.  The early versions used 22 ga. wire to feed the 20A fuel pump.  The terminal burnt through.I ended up re-wiring the unit and have no problems since.  The new units are wired with 14 Ga.

The only subscription I have left is with Canadian Hot rods. Terry Denomme is the editor /publisher.  He has done an amazing job of covering the country's great cars

How about welding up the face of the jaws and then filing down to parallel?

We're stuck at $1.39-9 a liter.  that works out to $5.44 Can for 3.89 liters (1 us gal). Convert the money into US dollars and you end up with $4.25 a gallon

I have an app that allows me to control my hearing aids, volume, noise and filtration, etc.  The best part of the app is that I can narrow the field of hearing, if you will. It's like taking your peripheral eyesight away.  Works great in a setting like a restaurant or bar where there's all the background noise. You can zero in on the single person in front of you and pretty much cancel all the other stuff.

Hey Pugsy, welcome to a great site. I've been here for years and there are a lot of team smart guys on here. Actually the guys here are very knowledgable and willing to share.
Pugsy runs a metal shaping class a couple of times a year up near Toronto, so he should be a good contributor as well.
