And how fast would you drive it? You think the clutch will last?
Welcome to hell. Here's your accordion.

Looks like it throws the chain as it is missing.  Hooley would drive it.  I would belt him in. :)

If nothing else it has to be better than one of these, which combines a narrower track, shorter wheelbase, and higher center of gravity.

There was a guy that raced at BeeLine Dragway in the 1970s with a go kart that had a motorcycle engine on it..  I do not remember the eggzack engine. Probably an engine of inline 4 cylinder design from a UJM  motorcycle all the manufacturers were building in those years.

I don't need either but I would be the test dummy one more time. :) However, if the welding was suspect, I'd pass.

There is one similar to that that shows up at the Cars & Coffee at Speedway Motors here in Lincoln, Nebraska.

We had cart with a 250 Yamaha twin on it in 1958. Won the local championship easily even in one gear. It could light the tires in any gear. It had front suspension like an early Ford with cross spring and wishbone..All scaled down to fit a legal size cart...Big Phun!!
