Title: 34 coupe builder
Post by: bucketmouth on November 20, 2008, 04:26:27 AM
Well as mentioned earlier I made a visit to the U.S. for the Kentucky Nats,Bonneville and Hot Aug Nights this year. What I didn't mention was I came looking for a project to bring back to Oz but I ended up buying something a bit more substantial and enexpected.
I finally picked it up yesterday after its 12 week journey across the high seas. I've probably done a 100 miles in it already and I'm extremely happy with it as it's a excellent driver.
I'm trying to track down the original builder and owner as the last one didn't know much about the cars specs. I would like to learn a bit about it's history and what was used in it's build as some parts are different to what we use here.
I bought the car in California.
If anyone has any leads it would be greatly appreciated.

The last owners name was Robert Biorkman from Camarillo Ca if that helps.

Just posting this again  in case some one knows anything about it's origins.

Very nice. I'd be driving the wheels off of it too. I don't recall ever seeing it before in photos or publications.
