hi vance I havent got ane of the orignal mounts mine are all custom I do have a orignal back pannel if that would help

I have nothing to go by, and my cab is bent pretty good. :(

I havent forgotin about the mesurments will be working on it next weekend so will pm you the mesurments that I can
