my x boss is looking for a drivers door for a 40 dodge pickup, anybody know if a 46 will work?

(51 F-3 ford) painless wiring, stock gauges.
it occurred to me last night that this could be an issue. has anybody successfully made the gauges work?
new temp sender reads hot, oil reads 0, fuel gauge reads F and it's not.
new tank and sender, new temp sender, oil is original....ideas?

have any of you installed/used one?
or anything similar?
your thoughts?

think i'll put one in my american BUT which one? prices are all over the place....anybody (besides me) have any experience with them good or bad?

you put in a drill to clean up threads?

so, the aftermarket column does not have a spot for a neutral switch (speedway),

as we don't seem to get magazines anymore, where does a guy get a conversion kit for the 53-56 f-100's?

hey, need to send something to Brootal but ups wants over 400 bucks to ship a 10# box thats 40"X12X10.

i got a guy that wants to bid on some wheels (ebay) that i've got and i have NO idea how to ship internationally.

needing some 1/2" open ended lug nuts that look decent.
found some zinc plated ones but i think they'll rust after a while.

goofy grease zerks on some of this old sh---stuff i've been working onn has these barrel looking things with a crossbar for grease zerks.
wold ANY of you happen to know a part# or mfgr of the grease gun end of the deal?
don't tell me to change out the zerks, the owner won't go for it as he wants to keep these cars as close to original as possible AND he has WAY too many of these old things to swap out...

earier this week i traded a bop 400 turbo core and a c-note for a complete 348 down to the bellhousing/clutch.
i think it needs a blower;)

today, i'm out in the shop and one of the local kids runs a derby car (demo, i guess) and asked if i had any 350's that i wanted to get rid of.
well,i've got one from a 75 nova that's been sitting here for 10 years it seems like.

the kid brings 'em over, along with a vortec performer intake and a set of proform roller rockers.
the heads already have screw in studs!


this was his idea, i only wanted $150 for the engine.

ok, been putting this 73 challenger together for a guy and, well, the oddball sh..stuff on mopars amaze me...
anyway, bought a rebuilt power steering box to replace the manual and, well, wouldn't ya know it, it has a goofy fitting for the pressure side BUT it don't come with the box.
does ANYBODY have one or a part # for it?

(looks like a 5'16 male inverted flare on the box side and a male AN fitting on the hose side)

and the guy who buys it is local, comes up to pay (in cash, i like that) and the 1st thing i ask him was "where's the trailer?".
"oh, i thought i'd pay ya and be back thursday to pick it up"
that was a month and a half ago.....
well, i'm tired of mowing around it and i'm NOT gonna store it for nothing,
PLUS i've sent this guy a bunch of emails with NO response, last one sez i'll have it hauled off at the end of the month.
well, i ain't like that so i delivered it to his "shipping" address yesterday afternoon.
sure hope he lives there
