I have not been in here for some time Between bad heilth and bad luck I am just starting again on the Ford Pick Had to rebuild the motor but that is back again and hope to have it running by the end of this month. The cab is ready for paint I will have to take it of again for painting becouse it sits to far down to paint it on.

Quote from: "Digger"I just put my wallet and contents (some addresses and stuff go back to the eighties) through the complete cycle in my washer. Bunch of lottery tickets too (the ones I was planning on winning) Seems to have done a good job, everything looks clean. I probably won't have to wash this stuff again for several years.

Were some of those old addresses "old girlfriends"?  If so was it you or the other half who washed it.

Nah just me, no other half for many years now. Good point though ( you must know her)

HA HA you must know her' love that. I have to ask where does Digger come from The name Digger means a lot here down under?

Gee not problems a Digger is some one who has returned home from a war . Held very high so you can hold your head up high becouse down under you are some one very speceal.

Digger was just a nickname hung on me by some other racers in the 60's when I ran a couple dragsters (diggers) What does in mean down there? Anything printable?

Quote from: "Glen"the Experts (those other than me), say 6.90's at 200 mph.  Now of course the stars are going to have to be in alignment and I will need a rabbits foot in my pocket too.

I did start it tonight.  Everything fired right up and no issues, i will sleep good tonight

I do not think you are going to need it but I send you a hole rabbit I now you will have lots of photos of it first run and will look forward to seeing them on here good luck with it

Quote from: "Boyd Who"I got a call from the Greyhound bus depot this morning regarding some boxes waiting to be picked up. :D

I'm just waiting for the box with the trim rings to arrive. Once these wheels are painted gloss black I think they'll really suit the truck. I'm really happy with my choice. :)

I like that centre covers. Where did you get them and what paton is that mine is Jag and Ford
