This is Jerry's '49 Suburban. Hidden by the massive body is a '78 Nova front clip and rearend, '85 350 bored .030 over with flat top pistons and a mild cam, backed by a 700R tranny. The steel has seen such mods as filled body seams, homemade rear roll pan, and soon will see shaved door handles and a dark purple paint job. Imagine this beast bearing down on you! Just got some new pics from Jerry, he's recently gotten a free paint job. Although he still wants purple, it's hard to pass up free. The 700-R4 has been replaced by a turbo 350 after blowing a seal.
